1. Apply abase. Dry. 2. Apply some neutral varnish. Dry. 3. Apply the pattern with varnishes and a brush. Dry well. 4. Outline the borders among varnishes with a black gel pen and draw a "face". 5. Set dots on the red stripe with a white gel pen. 6. Apply a fixing agent. Materials: a base, a neutral varnish, red, pale-blue, pink and golden varnishes, black and white pens, a fixing agent. |
