1. Apply a base. Dry. 2. Apply 2 layers of white varnish. Dry. 3. Draw a peacock with a lilac gel pen. 4. Draw tail plumes with a black gel pen. 5. Glue blue, red end green small pastes on the tail. 6. Glue plumes and big paillettes upon them (red and green). Glue smaller pastes in the center. 7. Apply fixing agent. 8. Draw the plumes with metallic colored pens. Materials: a base, white varnish, a black and a lilac pens, red, bleu and greeen pastes; red and green pastes, some plumes and a fixing agent. |
