"Valentine" Oksana Ivanenko 1. Dope nails with any light varnish, as a primer. 2. In a nail corner put two drops of dark-claret color and then put less than a drop of lacteous varnish. 3. Run a needle from the top drop (closer to base of a nail) to lower (edge of a nail), before varnish has dried up, thus we get two heartlets. 4. Make dots with tinsels around the obtained pattern. |
