Harlequin 1) Cover nails with limpid varnish (base). 2) Paint nails with pale-blue pearl varnish. 3) Cut the moon-looking figures out of foil (with help of puncher). Glue them. Paint blue. Draw crimson lines with a brush. Set sand. 4) Cover everything with 2 rows of limpid varnish (fixing agent). |
