Encrusted fan. 1) Dope primer with transparent varnish. 2) Coat nails with golden brown varnish. 3) From the basis to the edge stick a silver thread like a fan. Using a hair-pencil, paint over every second streak with a dark brown varnish. 4) Coat with transparent varnish and attach 2 black and 1gold strass. 5) The work should be coated with 2 layers of transparent varnish or a fixing agent. |
